お試しでカットする事は可能ですか？Can I get a trial cut?+
できません。CUTBASE.を利用するにはサブスク登録が必須となります。No. A subscription is required to use CUTBASE.
月の途中からプランを始めた場合の請求はどうなりますか？How is billing handled if I start a plan mid-month?+
お客様の初回来店日の朝7:00頃に決済が行われます。次回以降の請求は、初回来店1ヶ月後の更新日に発生いたします。Payment is taken around 7:00 AM on the day of your first visit. From then on, billing occurs on the renewal date one month after your first visit.
初回の請求日が31日で翌月が28〜30日までの場合どうなりますか？What if my first billing date is the 31st but the next month only has 28–30 days?+
初回決済日の次月から毎月28日決済に変更されます。お客様の初回請求日が（29日・30日・31日）の場合、次回からの請求日は毎月28日に変更されます。From the month after your first payment, billing moves to the 28th of each month. If your first billing date is the 29th, 30th, or 31st, subsequent billing dates change to the 28th every month.
月の途中で解約した際の違約金はありますか？Is there a penalty for cancelling mid-month?+
違約金または返金もございません。There is no cancellation penalty, and no refund either.
来店回数に制限はありますか？Is there a limit on the number of visits?+
来店回数に制限はありませんが、プランによって同時予約数が異なります。There's no limit on visits, but the number of concurrent bookings varies by plan.
同時予約数とは何ですか？What does “concurrent bookings” mean?+
同時に確保可能な予約数を指します。
例）スタンダードプラン（同時予約数：2）の場合、同時に2枠が予約可能です。最大数予約をしている状態で、1つ施術が完了すると、新たに1枠予約可能になります。It's the number of bookings you can hold at the same time.
e.g. On the Standard plan (concurrent bookings: 2), you can hold 2 bookings at once. When you're at the maximum and one service is completed, a new slot opens up.
スタイリストの指名はできますか？また指名料はかかりますか？Can I request a specific stylist? Is there a nomination fee?+
可能です。その際の指名料はいただいておりません。また、別の担当に都度変えることやフリーでのご予約も可能です。Yes, and there is no nomination fee. You can also switch stylists each time or book without specifying one.
キャンセル料はかかりますか？Is there a cancellation fee?+
予約日時から24時間以内のキャンセル（当日キャンセル）を一度されてから、30日以内にもう一度当日キャンセルをされると、3,300円のキャンセル料金が発生します。キャンセル料金は自動で決済されます。If you make a same-day cancellation (within 24 hours of the appointment) once, and then make another same-day cancellation within 30 days, a ¥3,300 cancellation fee applies. The fee is charged automatically.
スキンフェードはできますか？Can I get a skin fade?+
可能です。オプションでフェードデザイン（＋265円）を選択してください。料金は来店日朝7:00頃に自動で決済されます。フェード、または来店をされなかった場合は返金されますのでご安心くださいませ。Yes. Select the Fade Design option (+¥265). The fee is charged automatically around 7:00 AM on your visit day. If the fade isn't done or you don't visit, it will be refunded, so please rest assured.
来店時の滞在時間はどのくらいですか？How long does a visit take?+
カットのみ（シャンプー・スタイリング込み）の場合、来店から退店まで30分になります。なおオプションを追加した場合の施術時間は変わります。For a cut only (including shampoo and styling), it's about 30 minutes from arrival to departure. Adding options will change the service time.
パーマ・カラーはできますか？Can I get a perm or color?+
可能です。通常のパーマ・カラーなどは5,500円の追加料金でご案内しております。またブリーチ・アイロンパーマ・ツイストパーマなどの特殊系のメニューは、一度カットで来店してスタイリストにご相談いただけるとより良いデザインを提供することができます。料金は来店日朝7:00頃に自動で決済されます。施術をしなかった、または来店をされなかった場合は返金されますのでご安心くださいませ。Yes. Standard perms and colors are offered for an additional ¥5,500. For specialty menus such as bleach, iron perm, or twist perm, we recommend coming in for a cut first and consulting your stylist for the best design. The fee is charged automatically around 7:00 AM on your visit day. If the service isn't performed or you don't visit, it will be refunded, so please rest assured.
電話予約はできますか？Can I book by phone?+
電話による受付は対応しておりません。We don't accept bookings by phone.
遅刻はどうなりますか？What happens if I'm late?+
予約日時より10分以上遅刻した場合は、当日キャンセル（24時間以内のキャンセル）扱いとさせていただきます。当日キャンセルを一度されてから、30日以内にもう一度当日キャンセルをされると、3,300円のキャンセル料金が発生します。キャンセル料金は自動で決済されます。If you're more than 10 minutes late, it's treated as a same-day cancellation (a cancellation within 24 hours). If you make a same-day cancellation once and then another within 30 days, a ¥3,300 cancellation fee applies and is charged automatically.
顔剃りはできますか？Can I get a face shave?+
可能です。オプションで顔剃り（＋2,750円）を選択してください。料金は来店日朝7:00頃に自動で決済されます。顔剃り、または来店をされなかった場合は返金されますのでご安心くださいませ。Yes. Select the Face Shave option (+¥2,750). The fee is charged automatically around 7:00 AM on your visit day. If the shave isn't done or you don't visit, it will be refunded, so please rest assured.
シャンプーだけでも利用できますか？Can I book just a shampoo?+
シャンプーのみでの予約メニューはございません。There is no shampoo-only booking menu.
一度プラン停止をして再開する時の注意点は？Anything to watch out for when pausing and resuming a plan?+
解約・再開に制限はありません。一点注意点としては、停止申請後の最終来店日から6日以内に再登録をすると、再登録日翌日に来店の有無に関わらず決済が行われますのでお気をつけください。
例：毎月18日決済〜停止申請1/10〜最終来店日1/15〜1/18プラン停止〜1/20再登録〜1/21決済There are no limits on cancelling or resuming. One caveat: if you re-register within 6 days of your last visit after requesting a pause, you'll be charged the day after re-registration regardless of whether you visit.
e.g. Billing on the 18th each month → pause request 1/10 → last visit 1/15 → plan paused 1/18 → re-register 1/20 → charged 1/21.
